Q: I lost my redemption code, can I still get my game?
A: No, unfortunately. Without your code number we cannot provide you with a game code. 

Q: Where can I find my redemption code number?
A: The redemption number is located on the back of the card under the scratch off panel. Please enter the 10 digits above the barcode. If you have a code on receipt, the code is printed on the bottom under the heading 'Activation Code'. Click here to see examples.

Q: I did not receive an e-mail with my code.
A: Your e-mail will be sent within 4 hours. If you haven’t received it by then, please check your spam and junk mail folders. If you still can't locate the email, click on Contact Us for assistance. You will be prompted to enter your code number and email address again, so please have your card handy.

Q: I lost my receipt, can I still get my bonus?
A: Yes, you only need the code number from the back of the card with a valid email address.

Q: I entered my code number and it’s not recognized in the system.
A: Try re-entering the information again and make sure all the information is entered correctly. If you're still having a problem, please click on Contact Us and we'll help resolve the issue.

Q: Can I reclaim my game code if I forget it or lose my email?
A: You may request a code resend by clicking on Contact Us and requesting assistance.

Q: I entered my code number and received a message stating my game code has already been claimed.

A: Yes. We will send the code to the e-mail you entered in Step 1 of the claim process.

A: No.
